Can I return my order?
Yes, that is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions for return:
- The order contains all appropriate parts, components and the packaging is in its original condition.
- The item has been handled normally; damage due to improper handling is excluded.
- Items where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
- The product was reported as defective immediately upon receipt.
- The customer bears the shipping costs for the return shipment.
- Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged due to improper handling.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to: support@couture-munich.com
- Make sure the email contains the following information:
- order number
- reason for return
- Photo of the product (in case of damage)
- First and Last Name
- customer's address
After receiving your email, we will inform you of the return address. Please do not send the return to the sender address , but wait for our reply.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
right of withdrawal
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:
cancellation conditions
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders cannot be interrupted once they have been placed. Cancellation is only possible after receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email) to support@couture-munich.com in which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is considered complete when we have received the goods. The costs for the return shipment are borne by the buyer.
Note on delivery times
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer than we can control. If the goods are already on their way, cancellation is not possible. In this case, please wait until you have received the goods and then send them back to us. However, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, except for the costs of delivery (including additional costs for delivery methods other than our standard delivery).
The refund will be made promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
