Thank you for shopping at Couture Munich. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods . You can complete the return process quickly and easily by clicking here .

Return period:
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The goods must be received by us within this period. -
Condition of the items:
All items must be returned in their unworn and unwashed condition , including all original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Reduced items:
Sale items are not eligible for refunds . However, they can be exchanged for another item from the same collection or redeemed for a store voucher.
2. 1+1 offers:
For 1+1 offers , both items must be returned together . A refund or voucher is not possible if only one item is returned. However, an exchange for a different size or color of the same product is possible. If you only want to exchange one item, send it back and keep the other.
3. Return costs:
The costs for returns vary depending on the country and shipping provider and are to be borne by the buyer.
4. Processing time for returns:
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 business days . You can check the status of your return using the tracking service. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that the refund may take up to 3 business days to appear in your bank account.
RETURN FAQ:
1. What happens if my replacement product is not available?
Contact our customer service at support @couture -munich .com . If the product you want is sold out, we will inform you about alternatives and find a solution together.
2. Where can I find my order number for returns?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you cannot find the email, our customer service team will be happy to help.
3. What do I do if a product is delivered damaged?
If a product is faulty or damaged during shipping, please send a message to support @couture -munich .com with a picture of the problem. Our team will find a solution as soon as possible.
4. Can I return my order after the return period has expired?
We ask that you return items within 14 days . In exceptional cases, however, we offer the option of exchanging the product for a voucher or replacement item. Please contact our customer service for this.
