The delivery conditions
We have chosen to ship the products directly from the supplier. Each order is processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and the average delivery time is 8-12 business days. This unique business model allows us to make significant savings on storage and transport costs, allowing us to offer the products at a lower price than our competitors and cover the shipping costs ourselves. In addition, this model helps reduce CO2 emissions by optimizing logistics processes and avoiding unnecessary transport routes.

How can I order something?
Find the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have products in your shopping cart, you can always complete your order later.
Check your order
Check that you have the right products in your shopping cart. Click Order. Check that the order summary shows the correct products, prices and quantities. You can also leave a message on this page. If you cannot find a product or have another question, please go to our contact page.
Track your order
You can track your order through our Track and Trace system, which you will receive by email when you place your order. Shipment tracking can be tracked online at any time from 2 - 3 days after you place your order, so you know exactly when to expect your products at home.
Responsibility for non-collection of packages
Should a customer fail to collect their package from the assigned collection point or address within the specified time limit, the responsibility for the package rests with the customer. If the package is returned to our supplier by the transport company, a fee of €19.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and handling.
